Looking for 2-way component kit (SQL)

Hey, i beg your pardon; his budget is somewhere in the rage of 100,00~200,00 US$. Of course he will be willing to pay extra cash if the performance gain is worth the higher cost. What is the component kit that'll most likely satisfy his needs under this budget? Thanks

Looking for 2-way component kit (SQL)

Hello, everyone. Long time, no posting here. Straight to the chase: a friend of mine will be staying somewhere between northern US and Canadian border, and is looking for a 2-way component kit. Since I've been way off car audio for a long while, I'm here to ask you which one would suit him...

    Alpine Cda-7878???

There was a user here a few years ago who swore that was the best sounding Alpine hu ever made. Along with his words on how this sounded awesome, he mentioned that it was very fast to load MP3s, which is something that always bothered me on the pre-2006 line alpages. This unit was known for a...

    Need help with my CDA-9835

IIRC, I-Personalize will store the downloaded settings on Preset #6 of the head-unit... so try accessing the User EQ and pressing #6 to set the head-unit to play according to the settings you made off-line... i think it works the same for the X-Over settings as well... anyway, it's pretty much...

    Alpine IVA-W505 Parking Brake Bypass?

i've had very few experiences with screen installations in cars, but i remember to bypass parking brake in some of them all you had to do was to connect the wire to the any grounded spot in your car... but DO NOT take my words for now, i'm not sure if that's how it goes on this specific hu and...

    9835, 9887, or w988j

you can't go wrong with any of them, really... TERRIFIC choices, you might as well add 7998 as a contender before you make a decision, which is also a lovely hu with the same tunability as 9835 and even greater SQ according to many people who reviews it... cons are that it lacks the Ipod...

    Carputer: the early years...

Hi... i'm posting this thread i found in mp3car.com... i hope it hasn't been posted here yet... i found it curious to realize how the idea arose much before i judged "praticable" or even worth it... For those lazy enough to click the link, i selected the best pictures... The beautiful '91...

    Alpine MDA-W988J

i have read nothing but great reviews about this hu... it seems to be one of those older Alpines (2002-2003), with great sound quality and it also has a plenty of audio and visual resources to play with, let alone the compatibility with other medias... it's also made in Japan, which is great...

    Alpine 7864/7863 ipod hookup?

hi... if it is Ai-Net compatible, then you could buy a Ai-Net -> Aux cable, i believe Alpine made some, but there are even the "unoficials" versions of such cable that suit just fine...
