i decided to scratch the idea of getting a hifonics bxi2008 to power my 2 12" type r's. Would a sundown 1500d be a good match for my subs? also, is there a place online i can get this amp new for like 300-350? thatd be awesome.

again i have a question. Would this amp be good to power my 2 12" Type R subs? hifonics is overrated, so i'm guessing it will put out like 1600-1800 watts. I was think about giving my r's like 700 each. Is that too much for daily? Do you think this amp will be good? I may have to set the gains...

haha, so do you think like 34Hz would be perfect for these subs?

I have 2 12" type r's, and i'm getting a ported box. What should i tune the box to? Some people say 32Hz, but i was thinking like around 32-34. what do you think?

like how much power? I was thinking about giving each sub like 600-700 watts.

i have a Cadillac CTS, and the trunk is designed where it isn't completely level. Like the back of the trunk it higher than the front. now that i think of it, i'm not sure how the box will sit, (like it won't be level).
