Alright for enclosure to drop down into wheel well?

Running low on space in the trunk. Idea came through of building the box as I was going to, but instead drop the floor of the box down into the wheel well. Would that work? Would it be okay that the wheel well is more on the passenger side too, so the right side of the box would technically have...

Where to run wire on my 2011 Ford Taurus

If I'm looking into the car from under the hood, I only see one small grommet which is the brake line coming out. That would MAYBE fit a single 8ga wire but wouldn't risk it on the brake line :P But I definitely did not see a large grommet :/

Where to run wire on my 2011 Ford Taurus

Okay guys, please, I need some help with this one! I had a 02 Impala before and had no problem running 2 1/0 runs through the firewall. My new car, this 2011 Ford Taurus is sealed up so **** tight there seems to be nowhere! I bought two 1/0 grommets but I don't even see a place to start! Take a...

    Weird Problem with No Sound

I was going to say your sub was probably blown. But if you tried your brothers then that can't be the case. Are you sure your ground is making a good connection to the frame? It should be sanded down and bolted down properly. One other thing I can think of is if your headunit was swapped in and...

    HELP -Power Slowly Decreasing

You should "set" everything for where you are going to listen to it at. Setting and tuning it for a flat eq is perfect but if you are then going to switch it to something like "powerful" or "bass boost" you are wasting your time.

Lose dbs using a line driver?

I had a memphis line driver back when I had a memphis 4k. I lost 0.3 on the termlab with the line driver hooked up. Unplugged it and went back up the 0.3 . But that was with my radio, my wiring, my amps, etc etc. Your experience may be different. It definitely "sounded" louder when the line...

    mechman vs singer alt

Ah okay, I figured you mispoke lol. Probably would be a good idea then! Well now just compare singer's specs if you asked him.

    mechman vs singer alt

Oh good, those are solid specs. Well comes down to your call man. I don't think you would make a mistake either way. Correct me if I am wrong but a overdrive pulley has a smaller diameter so it would actually turn faster than say the larger stock pulley. So with the high rpm shift points...

    mechman vs singer alt

$44 more for 10 amps more. Have to decide for yourself if that is worth it to you. I'd say it would be if you actually get that extra 10 amps. A few things I would check to help your decision: 1. Make sure it is a direct bolt-on so you won't have to have a bracket made. -Simply as stated 2...
