I know that. I just got fucked over with my P2's twice so I don't want it to happen again. I don't even crank my music or abuse them because of what happened in the past. But people are telling me the Taramps combined with my P3's will knock.

It was indeed turned up and not all the way down. I just turned it all the way down. Done. Anything to prevent these from blowing.

The thing is, I set the gain myself and it was fine for the 3 days I was bumpin' before I took it in. I took it in, and not even within 5 hours after, they're what I assume, toast. I'm going to reach out to Rockford Fosgate themselves and see if there's anything they can do.
