i maybe totally insane here but how in the world are you going to fit a 4 cu.ft. box under a seat? let alone a 15" sub. only way i see possible is taking seat out and setting up sub in the space left lol.

this i also tried it and with the same results indexing takes way to long. just use a 32gb thumb drive they can be had pretty cheap these days . lets be honest 32gb of music is a ton of space. if this is not enough on some pioneer hu you can also use a sd card as well as burn a dvd data disk...

either of those will be fine i run a avh myself and love the ipod integration as well as the usb pair that with the pac steering control adapter i think i used the pac-sw1 or swi and your all set unless you have bose and then you will have to bypass the amp etc but no big deal just time consuming.

actually you shouldn't be 1996–2004 are all the same the only difference is cosmetic the model change did not happen till 2005 and even then the only reason to be jealous is that you have a unibody while we have a truck on frame construction.ohh i forgot in 01 it also got a bigger engine. op...

i have a similar pathy and there is a hack for some radios also there is a pac adapter for a input jack ( if its the same as the 05-06) but over all just changing the head unit is easiest but if you have any more question ask away and i will try to five you a hand. check this link...

yes there is... rip it (the bose system) out put it in storage . trust me i have been down this road before more recently on my pathfinder . much easier to bypass it and go on with your life.

true indeed if pound is what your looking for and we will leave the argument over what is and is not luxury out of this then might i suggest a infiniti fx but be warned get your pain pills out cause the install ....well you get it.

i think thats a bit much for a general pc things i would change 1. burner ditch that for one that has bd rom or add a bd player that way you can watch blu-rays as well as burn 2. stay away from seagate lately they have gone down the crapper quality wise go western digital instead 3. cpu AMD...

i was ready to help you but sad thing is i dont have a hhr sorry i would start rechecking the wiring . sounds like something may not be crimped tight causing a fault. seeing as it happens usually at highish volume something might be loose

ouch odds are you blew the remote on your radio trying to trigger to many devices with it .

i have the pioneer avh-p4200dvd and reading off the usb sticks is fast actually faster than cd or dvd .. but reading off hard disk is painfully slow at first .
