i have a used phoenix gold xenon 400.1 i'd let go for $100 shipped. missing the bottom two rubber covers where the wires go (cosmetic only). they typically go for ~$140 shipped new on ebay. the 400.1 is rated for 400wrms x 1 @ 1-4ohm but typically benches in excess of 500wrms.

a better set of components in lieu of the 6x9's is a good choice. you can't go wrong with the germaniums for a passive set in that price range. very flexible passive set, and those smooth cal25 tweets to boot. for subs in your price range, if you're after sq, i would recommend either a pair...
