    new system ***pics***

Before you vinyl wrap the box, cut out a ring of mdf and use it to fit the sub in there like a normal person would. Inverted is just dumb, IMO. No offense.

    woofer cone repair??

I don't have any two part epoxy, but I have some epoxy resin - would that do? And they where $10. They fit in my rear speaker factory locations, where I don't currently have any speakers.

    woofer cone repair??

I bought a pair of Type-S 6x9 coaxes for dirt cheap. There is a crack in one that goes all the way from the rubber surround to the middle. The seller told me they still sound good though. How should I go about fixing it? I was thinking maybe a fiberglass patch might do the trick. Would it be...

    Acura Legend Install Pics!!

No, it works pretty well. You can't feel them under your feet and the floormat covers them up completely. The duct tape was a necessary evil. It sounds and looks good, so I'm happy.

    Acura Legend Install Pics!!

Now it was time for the speakers. The woofers fit almost perfectly where the stock ones where, I just had to cut the back of the plastic basket they where in because of depth. For the tweeters, I cut a hole int he door panel with a hole saw and flush mounted them. And that was it. Two...

    Acura Legend Install Pics!!

First I installed the head unit. The shitty install kit forced me to modify it otherwise it would just hang freely in the dash. I made some metal tabs used duct tape to hold them to the plastic and a screw holds the whole thing to the dash. Overall I think it turned out pretty well, especially...

I have 1 shiva and an 880w amp - HELP

I sold my RE SX because I needed the money. I want to put my adire audio shiva 12" in it's place. The amp that powered the SX is 880watts rms @ 4ohms (two channels). I believe the shiva is 8ohm dual coal, so if I ran it in parrallel it'd be 4 ohms. How should I wire this thing up? Will the...

What was the point of RE selling on Woofersetc

idk, but woofersect.com is ****ing awesome. I'll vouch 100% for their legitimacy. I've bought too amps from them. The second time they didn't have the one I ordered so they gave me a better one for the price of the cheaper one ($100 difference).
