I totally agree!!!
I had an issue with a couple cheap amp install kits bought from wooferetc. Dealt with them by phone and email, response was fast each time. They gave me 3 options, all of which involved getting half or all my money back and keeping both sets. I was expecting to go to battle...

If you're going with 16 gauge, buy it at Canadian Tire, it's the cheapest place I found!
They have 2 packages of RCA wire, they look to be the same, just that one is more expensive than the other.
I'm not a fan of CDT.
The CL62s were the first ever components I bought. They were a step up from the Alpine coaxils I've owned. But it was quite immediate and evident that they were lacking. 2 months later, I researched my next set and bought a pair of old school Aura comps. In a side by side...

Got the Auras and was completely satisfied.
I tested both sets in the same install, CDTs weaknesses were apparent.
My advice to you is to do more research, explore other brands, read...
I owned the CL 62 and was disappointed. Flogged them after 4 months. I compared them side by side with Aura MR 62s and found the CDTs really lacked in many areas. I'd say go with a higher CDT line or another brand.
I've read mainly good things about Crystal and mixed reviews on CDT. One thing I...
Yes, give us a review.
I'd like to know your impressions, especially since your very familiar with the sound quality of the Aura MR line.
BTW still amazed at my MR62s (2years later!)
Scroll through the posts, this question has been asked a zillion times. Read as much as you can. Alternatives, equal to and better than CDT exist for the same price. If you don't mind used, a smokin deal comes by now and then.
