I asked a CDT rep the same question. He basically said gthe M6 is louder, but the M6+ will play lower freq. (like sub 80hz) better. If you have subs, I would suggest the M6. Keep in mind I have not heard either, but I am planning on getting a pair of M6's soon

I am looking to run a setup with no subs, but I would still like the best bass response possible. My question is, would the ES-06+ provide more bass response than the M6? I would be running them down to 50 or 60Hz.

Thanks. How do I determine what Ohm load i will be running the amp at? Or do I chose? Basically i want about 125 - 150 watts/ channel going to the fronts. The Nominal Impedance of the speakers is 3 Ohms. Should i chose an amp that's 125 Watts at 4 Ohms or one that will be about 150 at 2...

For a sound card I would recomend a SoundBlaster Live!, or the Audigy2 depending on how much you want to spend. Both would do well for a line level output. They have signal to noise ratio of about a 100, the Audigy being better. I have a the Live! 5.1 and I use it to hook up to my home stereo...
