    Help Me Please

Yes, cd's are recorded in stereo, that's left and right. not left, right, left rear, right rear. Now I'm not saying there are no albums recorded in "quadraphonic" sound but 99.9% are not.

Will a 115 amp alt be enough for my setup???

Are you having problems w/ dimming or not? Is your system even installed yet? Call some local mechanic shops and see if they know someone who will rewind your alt. Prob be cheaper than a new one.

    jbl 600.1 question

You can get some Y adaptors for your rca's so they are going to both rca inputs on the amp, that will make it louder. What's your gain at now?

    Home audio

For the turn on (remote) lead just run a small wire from the batt. pos.+ to the turn on terminal of your amp. Thats all the remote lead is, a 12V signal.

    speaker suggestions

Well if you're going to power them with your head unit then you're gonna want to look at speakers that don't need a lot of power to sound good. Don't know the specs of any of the speakers you listed but don't go and buy top of the line components that need 50-100 watts rms when your deck prob...

    +12 volt short!!

Are you sure you know where all the fuses are? Take out your owners manual and see where the radio fuse is.

    RCA outputs, mono/stereo.. WHAT THE?

Yeah the rca outputs are so you can daisey-chain amps together, so you dont need to use Y-adaptors or run new rca cables. If the next amp in the "chain" is for subs then mono is fine, if not it needs to be stereo.

    2003 Audi Question

Well I'd deff. look at trying to get a signal from the sub in the rear deck. If you dont wanna pull back trim or anything all other solutions are gonna probably be pretty ghetto.

    amp mounting

As long as there's an inch or two clearance above it'll be fine.

    stupid question

To answer your first question, no there won't be any audable difference between wiring the sub to 1 or 4 ohm. Secondly I wouldn't want to send the sub the full 1600 W if it's in a ported application, so just be careful with the gain on your amp, don't be a volume master;)

    Ikesound.com

Well that *****, from what I've heard the zeb has real good customer service, they prob. would of called back. I guess some places are so busy the don't seem to really give a **** about their patrons, shame:(

    Ikesound.com

The best idea is to only order from sites that have a phone # listed on the page, call em up first and make sure what you want is in stock and place your order. I've had good experiences with both Ikesound and etronics, but I followed my rule above.

    rewinding an alternator?

Yeah, it'll be ok. I mean if your lights are dimming then don't wait too long to do something about it. At least you won't be running the AC this time of year.

    rewinding an alternator?

If your alt. is having problems you'll know it. No it's not gonna just shlt the bed without any warning. Well not likely anyway;)

    Dumbass Mistake

You shouldn't run subs with different impedance coils, get all 2 or all 4.
