Just wrap some wire around the rcas and take a small ring terminal...crimp it...and put a screw on the back of the deck and screw it down temporarily to see if it is the PICO. You could even just turn it on while the deck is slid out to see if that helps. At least you would know if its the PICO...

Yes. DC electronics NEED a ground. Just connect the two black wires together. You can cut the spade connector off if you need to and just use a butt connector to connect the two. But I am guessing you are probably just taping the wires anyways...no offense

I can see your confusion. It is sometimes hard to see the diff in colors. Purple....dark blue....etc First I would ignore the dimmer....you don't need to wire illumination or dimmer for the aftermarket HU. I would first try to get the Power, Ground, and Ignition "switched" wires right and see...

It isn't telling you to use the same wire for two different things. It is telling you what wires correspond with which wiring. You would match up the 12V constant for the factory to the 12V constant for the aftermarket unit....and so on..... Example..... Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ Wire...

BUMP!!! Good luck with the sale dude. I SOOOOO wish I had the money to grab this. If anyone here tries to get you to budge on the price tell them the f*** off. It is WELL worth $150. Hell I think it is worth twice that if you compare it to other 4ch amps that'll do the same power.

Don't talk me out of it, lol Yeah I think they made an 1100a2 first for a while and then switched to the 1000 which was basically the same thing.
