It's interesting how me being agianst Trump doing illegal things means I am OK with illegals being here.

Lemme ask you: If I say I am against cops doing illegal search and seizure, does that mean to you that I am PRO crime?
If I say a cop shouldn't shoot a thief in the back when they are running away, does that mean I am PRO thievery?

OK. So a guy breaks the law by stealing something. Is it OK for the cops to beat the shit out of him when they catch him with the stolen goods, because orange man good?
How about street racing? Catch him racing, pull him out of car and beat the shit out of him, then search the car without consent.

I dissagree 100%. Just because the COTUS allows the illegals rights does NOT excuse them breaking OUR LAWS by entering illegally to be afforded the rights under the COTUS. What if the person entering the United States blast through a boarder checkpoint, killed 11 government officials and 23 civilians. You are still ok with them using our COTUS and being in our country illegally?

US law applies even to lawbreakers. That's WHY the police can't legally just shoot someone they don't like. It's WHY they can't just pull you over and search your car because they don't like your hat. It's WHY you can;t be sent to jail without a trial.

How about we make it so that ANY criminal loses every right? Would you have been cool with losing all your rights when you got busted, getting the shit kicked out of you, getting jailed without a trial, losing all you own tot he police who decided to take it?
