New Amp or Tune?

I'm running a JL Audio 900/5 (500W RMS) to a JL Audio 10W3V2 10" sub (300W RMS) in a sealed enclosure. I'm looking for more bass. DS18 recommend ZR 10" sub (700W RMS) in the same enclosure. Can I use the same amp? If so, do I need a re-tune?

Ported box best move probably, what vehicle and where in vehicle is box? It's a little different sounding than sealed but typically much louder without changing anything else besides maybe having to tune your sub amp a little differently, but only if you have more space for slightly bigger box.

Keep what equipment you have and if possible have a legit ported enclosure built.

Changing a sub or amplifier will probably not give you the result you're after... especially utilizing a sealed enclosure.
