Hello I’m new here an also new to car audio I’m willing to learn an listen to advice that’s given been reading a lot as well
I’m going to a professional installer to get the system installed but I want to have the knowledge of knowing what’s happening an what’s the best option for my system

I do have a few questions an I’m looking for advice on them

(1) I got two mtx 7510-44
I bought the 1500bdcp to power them

The subs are 400RMS
was going to run them @1ohms, the power I was giving them would be around 1100/1200watts
Now I’m thinking @4ohms will be sufficient power an I’ll get better efficiency
@1ohms the power from the amp is to much for those subs

I'd do 4 ohm. Especially on stock electrical.

Good set-up. Also look into doing the big3 upgrade eventually.

got a quick question for you
Do you think it wise running three 10" with that T1500-1bdcp?
I have four of those subs but I think four is to much
3 wire down to 2.7ohms

As long as you don't wire that amp below 1 ohm it'll be fine.

If I had 4 I'd run 4, especially if I had your amp. Those amps are strong with great features. Your enclosure will be more important than worrying if the amp can push 4-10s. I'm really partial to those Bdcp amps and never had issues.

Odds are if can fit 3 you can fit 4 with some creativity

Didn't ask about the three was a thought I had some hours ago was looking at the watts of the amp an speakers
then if I add the four I will need to up grade the mids speakers my plan was to install six 6" b&c 6mdn44-8 on an Orion xtr 1700.4
