Well, I've pretty much solely asked you and Spokey.
You both continue to answer with non-answers. Things like telling me tariffs affect the supply chain and the consumer, or I'm too blind to see the answer, or that tariffs will make Canada create a border patrol to keep people IN, or that importers will eat the expense.
Neither of you has explained, in any way, your claim that tariffs will reduce illegal immigration and drug trade.
You just talk your way in a circle, until you end up back at the original claim.
If you simply don't know and are just repeating what you've heard, then just say so.
If you DO know, then explain it at a level beyond "it will work".
Give me facts, figures, historical evidence of success.
Show me what you know, that the world's economists don't.
It's a reasonable ask.
