Hi
For my hgt559bt
I am confused
For the x cross
The manual says lpf the amp has
High marked
Is that the same thing?
Also
The manual says on full
The
Full range is bypassed,
Shouldn’t that be for bypassing the x s cross and leave all frequencies?

I also i have two 165 mm and two tweeters should i put 165s front and tweeter rear?

Thank you!

What they call rear is dor tweeter and high sounds?

Also number 12 when it says to plug subwoofer does it mean 4 speakers ans 1 subwoofer?
(I hope so)

Sorry but im confused
Thank you

Here is a visual, with a reference of eq I want to set so you can see
can you tell me if this is the correct settings for the x over I want (nothing exotic) ?

Also is it better to use the mid range frequency speakers (B here) on the REAR outputs to have the possibility of the band pass 50-2.5khz ?
thank you

One last thing
Are these compatible for my setup sub hp tweeters 9 outputs used.
Or do I have to bridge something because of ohm difference?

These speakers are 4ohms,
Can I use wiring like my diagram?
Seems like amp will be using 2 ohm in that case.
Any help on that will help.

These are rock bottom price speakers with a good brand, so some sound should come out of them.
If you have recommandations for other speakers please tell me which ones ( preferably international brands cause i will purchase in europe)
If you know better sounding speakers for sale price similar (230$ for all 6) or a little higher price.

When set to High Pass, the Frequency you select will be the lowest that will go through.

Yes, that seems like a typo to me as well.

No. If you have a component set, it is easier to use the passive x-overs on Ch1 and Ch2, set them on High Pass with the Frequency ~80 Hz. That way nothing below 80 Hz. will get through and possibly cause damage.
Also number 12 when it says to plug subwoofer does it mean 4 speakers ans 1 subwoofer?
(I hope so)
No, Channel 5 is always exclusive to Subwoofers. When the manual states on step 12 to "connect sub to this terminal", it meant the terminal in general.
Edit: If you have two more 165mm speakers, you could plug them in Ch. 3&4.

Thanks for your reply

What do you mean by passive xovers?

I have two 165s and two tweeters

apparently usually front is for tweeters and rear for mid speakers because on the right of the device near rear there is bandpass for those.

But i still dont know where to put four speakers in ch1-ch4’ s 8 outputs
Front is channel 1 rear is channel 2
They are the two channels being crossed over.
Channel 3 and 4 or not included in the x-over?

Thanks

Does this amp react like this?

Some newer amps don't need a remote turn on wire because they can sense the signal coming from the head unit thru the RCA inputs on the amp.

Not knowing the brand I assumed you had a component set. The set includes 2 mids, 2 tweeters, and 2 passive x-overs.

Yes, when you use the on board x-overs, you can dedicate the front channels to highs and rear channels to mids.

As most amplifiers, each channel can run in 2 Ohms. You can put two 4 Ohms speakers per channel wired in parallel. In your case 4 tweeters in the fronts and four 165s in the rears.
Front is channel 1 rear is channel 2

Usually channels 1&2 are fronts and 3&4 are rears. If the active x-overs permit, then I guess you ccould reverse the roles.

From the provided pictures, I do not see a switch for that option.

Thanks for the answers,
I only have 4 speakers, should I use individual channels per speaker or is that a bad setup, or should I use parallel two front tweeters in ch 1 and two 165s in ch 3 ?

I am not sure of the differences between sending 2,4 or 8 ohms to a 4ohm speaker implies, is there a rule to not break anything ?

Thanks

This would be the option I would use.

The speakers remain unchanged, it is the amplifier that behaves differently with a change in resistance. At a lower resistance it puts out more power.

Ok thanks,
My setup is getting clear.

Another thing in the manual what happened for this line to have so much power?

Is it ok to send 250w rms to a 80w rms 4 ohm speaker?
Will the sound be distorted or do i have to keep the volume low or something?
Thanks

Since it is a bluetooth receiver amp,
Is there a way to plug a multiband equalizer between my ios and the amp?
Would be really cool to be able to equalize all ly sources
Ios
Maybe later car stereo with fm radio and cd

Ok thanks,
The manual is very mysterious with the remote connector.
I only want the amp to be on when i turn the key and off the rest of the time.

So if I connect the yellow remote cable and a + from the battery this will be correct?
thanks

I am reading the red is the remote. So
1 positive cable from battery to amp positive
1 red remote cable from cars insides to remote of amp ?

What does this mean?
Can someone make a visual diagram of functionality of the remote, I read the manual but i am confused
