Annoying interference!!

So I've Got this issue of annoying interference. I drive an F350 super duty.
With two amp, one amp the sub an the other is for the rest of the speakers. The system is always worked fine.But suddenly one day The only thing coming out of the speakers a muffled sound and this weird static/ Interference. I have no idea what caused it and have no idea what to do to try and fix it. Any thoughts or input would be hugely appreciated!!

I would start with checking all my connections. Don't forget the signal cables coming from the head unit to the amplifier.
2. If both amps are nearby, try connecting one speaker cable from the speaker amp to the sub amp. If it plays okay, then you can concentrate on the wiring for the speaker amp and the speaker amp.
3. To rule out the speaker amplifier, connect a cell phone, to the signal input and play some music. There is a 3.5 connector with RCA plugs on the other end to accomplish this. If the problem persists, I would narrow my focus to the amplifier.

Just a few thoughts. Some of our experts may be able to provide more suggestions. Good luck with your situation.

Which amp? Unplug all speakers from it and check their impedance with a multimeter.

I'm not sure which am is causing the interference. It doesn't sound like it's coming through the sub. But it seems weird because it kinda comes and goes and as time goes on it seems to happen more and more. It also happens even when the volume is at 0.

Maybe something came loose inside the amp. Happens when it's mounted on the sub enclosure or close to it.

I had a similar issue about a year ago, and it turned out to be the amp. I replaced it and problem was solved.

I'm not sure which am is causing the interference

A fortnight ago, another member had noise issues that popped up and it turned out his amp's ground point had loosened just a bit. He cleaned and tightened it with success.

Sounds painful. I have a Rockford Type RF X2 that kills tweeters. First kill was from an old Blues Audio set that sounded so flat. Second set was the replacement tweeters which prompted me to sideline the amp.
