How do I play a complete album

That is a tough question because not all radios handle folders the same way. Also the radio has to be compatible with the format of all the tracks in the thumb drive.

Combine all the separate files into one big file.
Or turn off shuffle and navigate to the first song and hit play. It may help to have the file names formatted in numerical order.
Or put all the files in a separate folder and play that folder only.
Many ways to skin the cat.
