I still don't think they have evidence to prove insurrection, but more and more evidence keeps spilling out. After the SCOTUS (presumably) sides with Trump, I guess Trump just needs to push these cases out far enough to win the Presidency and then pardon himself.

Now that Trump's old attorneys/team are cooperating with investigators, that can't be good for Trump. I have a feeling he'll still avoid any serious legal problems, but who knows. Clearly Trump was doing almost anything to remain in power despite losing the election.
