Afraid not. I’m defending the First Amendment and consistency in allowing people to exercise it.

Old Spokey feels that some people should have the right protected, but others shouldn’t, based on whether you like what they have to say.

With his line of logic, it might be OK for a Catholic to preach on a street corner, but not a Buddhist.
It might be OK to record a Bible lecture in a classroom, but not adult video.

These are just examples of selective protection of the 1A. He has actually steadfastly refused to say whether it would be acceptable to record a Bible lecture, or even re-enactments of things that are represented in the Bible, in a public school classroom.
