I equate free speech with free speech, even if it is free speech we don't like.
Would I like to see a guy waving a Nazi flag on a street corner, espousing his hatred? Nope. Would I like to see someone burning a US flag on their front lawn? Nope. Do I think it's a good idea to flip off a cop? Nope. Do I like Thx's opinion that soldiers should be screwed over by the government? No.
But I support the protected right of free speech that allows for all those things.

What other protected rights do you dislike and think some people should be prevented from exercising?

I'm not the one conflating...for some reason you're all in on **** shoots at school and using ridiculous logic to back it...BTW there's already plenty of limitations on ****...and none of them have hurt 1a

If it was strictly a 1A issue, they might have to. But it's easy to turn it into other things. Unauthorized use of the school for personal income, trespassing, etc, etc.

It's all those things. The janitor can't hold a church group meeting at the school just because he has a set of keys. And it's really not a 1a issue, since people are welcome to make all the **** the want in "classroom setting" so long as it isn't a real (public) school. Or in AZ, I guess it's okay if it is a real public school.

No conflating at all. I guess you never heard of SCOTUS and other court cases that address the rights behind people's actions after they get in trouble for their actions?

AZ's governor decided against signing a bill to punish those that film **** in public schools. Rob seems to be the only one willing to defend this decision as a 1st amendment issue.
