Pretty sure based on what? A feeling?
If so, then I can tell you the feeling is incorrect, as I am the person you are having the feeling about. I know it first-hand. It's not even hearsay.
If that's how you feel about it.
You obviously don't know how a court case works or what preponderance of evidence means.
I'd explain it, but then you'd cry that I am talking down to you. Here's an explanation: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/preponderance_of_the_evidence#:~:text=Preponderance of the evidence is,that the claim is true.

What makes you think the judge did not instruct the jury properly before this hearing occurred?
Did a juror, court reporter, or someone else on the "inside" make such a claim?
Nah kid, I wanna see where the judge in THIS case instructed them to make a decision based on their feelings.
It's a hot topic in today's world. People often discuss hot topics in CONVERSATION.
Would you rather discuss someone different? Maybe we could talk about Timothy Leary instead.
How about cyanobacteria blooms?

This is great. Denver/Colorado is following in the footsteps of the coast states. I guess major retailers will start fleeing Denver soon.

Come on man all that stealing is just reparations remember or people trying to survive 😒🤣. Have some compassion 🤣

Edited to add: thank you for liking my driving video jimi77, no one else seemed to care 🥺

I don't completely trust juries period...juries are just people...and all people are extremely fallible...just because our system is better than the alternatives doesn't mean it should be believed in complete faith...

How many have been falsely convicted by juries (or judges) and spent parts or most of their lives incarated...how many innocent people have been executed...how many truly guilty people have been cleared since we created our sytem...our system shouldn't be blindly trusted like a religion...and it was never intended to be...it's as fallible as every other thing people are in charge of...
OK. What alternative do you propose, and what specifically makes you think this particular jury got it wrong?

Given the fallibility of humans, do we just jail everyone or let everyone free?

If that's how you feel about it.
You’re questioning whether I know something about myself.
Interesting.

The trial occurred, yes? If the trial occurred, then they were instructed. Had they not been, Trump’s attorney would have been on that like stink on chicken shit.
What was his appeal stance?

Bad news in the land of 10,000 lakes, especially on the small ones with cabins, beaches, vacationers.

Still... I want to see the judge saying it.
What was his appeal stance?
Vertical?

As well as military bases.

That's good.
Just this case, or every trial ever?
Just this case... you made it clear before that you are talking about Trump. So I hopped on board.
Maybe. Could have been in a wheelchair though. Not an iron lung. A bad vaccine solved that problem.
Or no vaccine.
But who cares about soldiers, right?
Well it is not just the soldiers but the surrounding communities.

To respond to Thxone's concerns whether or not the jury knew they were supposed to judge based on the preponderance of evidence, the jury was asked: "Did Ms. Carroll prove, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Mr. Trump ***** Ms. Carroll"

So yes, they knew how they were supposed to pass judgment in this case.

"But it's a false accusation.· Never happened, never would happen.· And I posted and I will continue to post until such time as -- and then I will sue her after this is over, and that's the thing I really look forward to doing. And I'll sue you too because this is -- how many cases do you have? Many, many cases, and I know the statements that were made -- that you made. Keep Trump busy because this is the way you defeat him, to keep him busy with litigation.· So I will be suing you also, but I'll be suing her very strongly as soon as this case ends. But I'll be suing you also."

""It is a hoax and a lie just like all the other hoaxes that have been played on me for the past seven years, and while I'm not supposed to say it, I will.· This woman is not my type!"

"In fact, I think she said it was sexy, didn't she?· She said it was very sexy to be *****.· Didn't she say that?"

Excerpted from Trump's deposition. If he had actually testified and it was anything like this mess...

It isn't a concern nor do I really care. All this means is there is a group of 9 mostly if not all liberal democrats who served on a jury and returned a verdict to a bullshit story. Trump will have a field day with the counter suit.
