At least I don't take anything that makes me feel all cuddly inside as absolute truth...do you know 100% the jury was right? Of course you do...you stated so once already...
That doesn't speak to your knowledge that they got it wrong, yet you know nothing of the case.

What information do you have, that no one else has, to determine that they got their decision wrong?

I never said they got it wrong...you're implying that's what I said...

If you are arguing against me accepting the jury's decision, then you are arguing that the decision was wrong.
Your posts have inferred that they got it wrong.
So, tell us what evaluative method you have used to reach the conclusion that they got it wrong.

"I just don't think either side met that bar tbh"
Based on WHAT?

I argued you shouldn't blindly state the jury (or any jury) is 100% correct...

Hmmm, sounds like you are deciding what my thoughts are.
As happens so very often, you are wrong.
Pretty sure I am right
I accept them because they are the law. I don't drive 90 because it's the law, not because I FEEL like it. I don't go into a courthouse with my sidearm because it's the law, not because I don't FEEL like it.
The jury did the job of a jury.
Do you think they did the job wrong?
If so, WHY?
I want to see the transcript where the judge instructs the jury to make their decision based on their feelings. I want to see that.
I'll ask again: Do you think the jury got it wrong?
If so, WHY?
I don't care. Why do you care about this man so much?

So its wrong for me to think the bar wasn't met...but ok for your absolute complete belief in the verdict...both are opinions based on feelings but I'm wrong 🤣🤣🤣
I believe the jury made the decision that they determined was correct with the testimony and all information they had available to them.

What makes you think the bar wasn't met? Were you witness to the testimony? Did you see Trump's deposition tape? Did you hear any of the argument made by either of the attorneys? Were you involved in the deliberation?

Or do you think the jury got it all wrong simply because they didn't find in favor of Trump?

I'll ask again: WHAT ARE YOU BASING YOUR EVALUATION OF THE DECISION ON?

Pretty sure I am right
Pretty sure based on what? A feeling?
If so, then I can tell you the feeling is incorrect, as I am the person you are having the feeling about. I know it first-hand. It's not even hearsay.

You obviously don't know how a court case works or what preponderance of evidence means.
I'd explain it, but then you'd cry that I am talking down to you. Here's an explanation: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/preponderance_of_the_evidence#:~:text=Preponderance of the evidence is,that the claim is true.

What makes you think the judge did not instruct the jury properly before this hearing occurred?
Did a juror, court reporter, or someone else on the "inside" make such a claim?
I don't care. Why do you care about this man so much?
It's a hot topic in today's world. People often discuss hot topics in CONVERSATION.
Would you rather discuss someone different? Maybe we could talk about Timothy Leary instead.

She had nothing but a vague story of a traumatic incident in her life...that throws up red flags in my book...and lack of details especially with the time frame raises doubt about what you're calling evidence...there was a huge lack of the in this case...so yep I have doubts that the verdict wasn't given based on feelings about trump...

Can you share a link to her testimony, a transcript or video of Trump's deposition, the attorney arguments?

Did you see any of that?...that's why you can't be "right" here...your conclusion and mine are both based off feelings at the core...but you want to imply I'm wrong so you can be "right"...

Of course I didn't. Just like I haven't seen any of it for most every other jury trial that has occurred since the first Grand Jury was empaneled in 1635.
We as US citizens entrust the jury to make the decision on out behalf with the information they have. Information that none of us are privy to. We have trusted this system for almost 400 years.

What is it about this specific case that makes you think a jury trial is the wrong way to have a trial, or what is it exactly about this trial that makes you think the jury got it wrong?
Do you have specifics, or do you just think it was wrong because Trump lost?

I don't have issues with the " time frame." I have bad stuff happen to me and all I have is time frame - couldn't even be sure of the year...

Trump’s attorney and the judge are there to ensure there are no biased jurors on the jury. I hope the did their job properly.
