I did not grow up with the brand and was under the impression it was fairly basic stuff (note that I did not say bad). I have a Logic Soundlabs TX1802 I think the model is, never used it, got it free with other stuff, but the guts look like it could do at least somewhat close to it's rating. No idea the real power, but had a decent amount of transistors in it.
The one the OP posted reminds me of the boards the old MA Audio HC and HX series / Audiobahn High Current amps used. I have a 2001 or so MA Audio HX series 1500w that is reminiscent of that, more transistors of course, but I did actually run it at 1/2 ohm and it held up fine.
