Way I see it, Biden's big problem isn't the holes in the story. It's the fact that he has classified docs and his base seems less willing to jump to his defense. Ie I haven't heard any liberals saying the classified docs aren't classified, were planted by FBI, deep state conspiracy, etc. Libs have certainly downplayed the seriousness and tried to deflect the story back to Trump/docs, but for the most part the left seems unwilling to mount much of defense for Sleepy Joe.

OTOH, the right fervently defended Trump. I'm sure many still believe the docs were planted. If you look the classified docs as a barometer of support and motivation from their respective bases, it looks like Trump's base is way more supportive of their guy than Bumbling Joe's.
