PLEASE HELP!!

I have an Alpine 143-BT head unit that has decided not to work. When I put power to it you can hear the eject mechanism inside making noise (CD eject mechanism). Nothing lights up on faceplate. How could you determine whether or not it is the faceplate or the actual head unit itself that is the problem?

Remove the faceplate. Their is a small reset button on the unit under the faceplate that you have to push with a pen.

It sounds like it's toast. Just get a receiver and run all your music from the radio, bluetooth, or USB. Look at the Kenwood Excelon XMM705 (I think).
