Not surprising IMHO. I've watched the tech guys at work and it seems like they do a lot of nothing and when they do actually do something there is about a 25% chance it will be an improvement and 75% chance it will make things worse and be a complete shit show and that's being generous.

That index seems off to me. Should be climbing now. Of course "bad buying conditions" could just be indicative of a hot market - ie I would have wanted to be a home buyer in 2020, but if you were a seller or a home owner whose home value just doubled in the last 3-4 years you were feeling good about the housing market.

Did you make a pros and cons list? Was it based on what you were told was “right”? Did you try it out and decide it wasn’t for you? Were you afraid of being treated poorly if you chose guys?

What I do I know is all my ghey friends claim they didn't have a choice in some form or the other. I would hope they're not all lying to me and the reality isn't "I'm actually hetrosexual, but women are a giant PITA and gay dudes are just so much easier to get along with so I've chosen to be gay even though I'm not really attracted to men." While I would hope to have an open enough relationship with my friends **** or hetro, that they wouldn't feel it necessary to hide the truth from me, I suppose if that is their truth, I can see why they wouldn't want to be open about it.

Couldn't agree more. Never made a choice. This is the first time I've encountered somebody who says it is a conscious choice on their part. Personally, I find it's something I cannot turn off or on. Some women are attractive, some aren't, but can't say I've ever had to make the conscious decision to not be with a man.

A working/practical knowledge? Yes.
But I have knowledge of homosexuality through psychology courses, reading, personal friendships, etc.
I have never had to choose whether or not to be interested in homosexual ***. It just never crossed my mind as something I would want to do or be interested in trying.
That makes me a 15%-er, which is technically the "odd man out", but it just is what it is. I have known women who have said the same thing; they just never had a hint of interest or desire in another woman. I have also known women who are VERY hetero, but said they would try it with another woman.

I don't believe people "decide" to be hetero, gay, or bi, any more then they "decide" they like or dislike the taste of a food, or "decide" they will grow to 3 feet or 6 feet tall. It just IS, and it's part of our genetic makeup that we have no control over.
It's been proved, and I believe the studies.
