Except he wasn't a murderer as the video shows, he was defending himself. Witnesses testified that Rosenbaum was being "hyper-aggressive" and he'd already threated Rittenhouse before. You chase down a guy with rifle that's running from you and you might get shot. If Huber hadn't attacked Rittenhouse with a skateboard, then he wouldn't have gotten shot. Again, assaulting a person armed with a rifle might not go well. According to Grosskreutz's own testimony he was pointing a gun at Rittenhouse when he got shot.

Then I should call Rittenhouse a killer not a murderer. He killed two people that night. If he would've stayed at the scene of the first shooting like a responsible person would then he wouldn't have killed a guy with a deadly weapon (skateboard).

In Kyle's case, I wouldn't have retreated because it would only have encourage pursuit and I would be very reluctant to turn my back to an aggressor. I don't know Wisconsin's laws, so I very well may have put the nail in my (legal) coffin by standing my ground.

You make a great argument, the problem is it's not supported in the least by the facts. It's just some twisted & distorted alternate reality you've created in some misguided attempt to win an argument. Rosenbaum didn't just throw a plastic bag at Rittenhouse. According witnesses Rosenbaum had threatened Rittenhouse and attempted to take his AR. Rittenhouse tried to run away from the guy and resorted to shooting him as a last resort. I notice that you conveniently omitted that Rittenhouse was attempting to leave the scene of a fire he was about to put out when he confronted by Zimmerman who was brandishing a pistol. Had Rosenbaum not charged Rittenhouse as he was disengaging from Zimmerman, none of this would have happened.

Clearly Rittenhouse was trying to avoid shyt, not start shyt as you claim.

If Rittenhouse had an athletic bone in his body then he wouldn't have tripped himself which led to the second killing. Rittenhouse shot the first guy after he threw a bag at him and Rittenhouse mistook it for a chain. A skateboard and a bag led to two killings. Sounds about right.

I wouldn't hung around. I would have been looking to get out of there; looked for either police or "friendlies." People were yelling "Get him, He's the shooter, he shot somebody" etc.

It was more than a plastic bag. There was an armed protester on the scene, Rosenbaum had previously threatened to kill Rittenhouse (and company) if he caught them alone. Rittenhouse had every reason that Rosenbaum was attempting to follow through on his promise.

Because in his misguided attempt to protect a business (that he was invited to), instead of cars being damaged, people ended up dead. Rittenhouse's dream of being a cop - that's gone. Rittenhouse doesn't appear to be wanted on any of the college campuses he's tried to attend.

Yes, he shown remorse numerous times. Most noteably when he broke down on the stand causing the judge to call for a recess.

Maybe Rittenhouse lied or was mistaken about who invited him. Or maybe the lot owners feared legal/financial repercussions if they admitted to inviting Kyle and Company. Per the article you posted, the owner was tight lipped and evasive. Furthermore, he posed for a picture with Kyle and his crew. Maybe there was miscommunication, such as the owner making an off the cuff remark that Kyle and company took as an invitation. Per Kyle's text to Sam, it seems like there was some sort of discussion with the owners about guarding the lot.

I don't see the relevance of his altercation with that girl. I'm sure he was scared and I'm sure he knew he fucced up. Does that mean he isn't remorseful. Isn't knowing that you fucced up part of being remorseful?

Spokey never backed what Rittenhouse did. As a matter of fact he's condemned it. However, in the US you do have the right to keep and bear firearms and you have the right to defend yourself.

He acquired the gun illegally.
