You need fda approval to use a drug (an already approved drug) off label...that approval involves clinicsl trials...so a modification would need more then mouse testing...

Dude you need to read the articles/testimony that's been made public. Huber attacked Rittenhouse in a misguided attempt to avenge Rosenbaum. Huber broke loose of his girlfriend's grip as she attempted to keep him from pursuing Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse was attempting to flee the scene. Regardless of what Huber was thinking, if you clock somebody with an AR you better knock him out on the first try.

Had Huber or Grosskuertz come out on top with Rittenhouse, I wouldn't say they were guilty of anything beyond being stupid for being there. Unfortunately, Rosenbaum chose to put a match to the powder keg and others ended up paying the price for his actions.
