I cannot find anything to confirm your statement that keystone oil was outbound or how sludgy it is.
Also you make reference to "only about 30-50 ft jobs" however you miss that in the interim, it creates jobs for hundreds, possibly into the thousands of people during the building process which in turn spend that money supporting the local economy. I knew guys making $100/hr driving water trucks and they spent most if it locally.
Why is that a bad thing? Why the dismissiveness of the economic impact? We do know that lays off always negatively impact local economies.
