What annoys the ***** outta you/pisses you off...

I run a niche cleaning business. I clean buildings after construction before the building owner takes over. It’s basically a mix of construction labor and cleaning. I make good money if I’m on site myself doing the actual work. I got hurt in a fall and had to start hiring high rise window cleaning companies to do my rope work above the 3rd floor, so that cut a ton of my money. Having to give away my high dollar work to a contractor is killing the money I make. I might stop bidding the big jobs altogether honestly. The high rise dormitory buildings they just built down here at UofA was a shit show anyway.
Sounds to me like you are a b*tch. It actually makes perfect sense now.

Even tho I already said this please tell me how you know more than the judge. Please do bro. I can't wait to hear it.
Take it a step further. THEY FOUND AN ERROR IN THE LEGISLATION. Had the judge known this, it should have been dismissed before it was ever brought up as a charge in the hearing. That essentially means no one knew the error existed.

This is that perfect example of the "missing comma" that costs a contract attorney their job, because it ruins a multi-million dollar contract (cue TV and movie plots).
Don't pat the judge on the back too hard. You can be sure a team of attorneys figured it out and not him through careful research.

You are just gonna continue to make a fool of yourself huh? That's why you make all these dumb scapegoat fake accounts huh?

"The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse’s homicide trial on Monday dismissed the misdemeanor gun possession charge the teenager faced after defense lawyers argued that he did not violate the state statute in question because of his age and the length of the barrel of his semi-automatic rifle."

"Scapegoat fake accounts"? No, I'm not Buck. I couldn't give a shlt about posting likes or dislikes to other people's posts as some weird way of getting "revenge". A million likes or a million dislikes doesn't matter to me in the least.

Here's the full story behind the law:
"What the legislature did in its writing of the law was to "accidentally carve out a rule that says somebody under the age of 18 can legally have a rifle or shotgun as long as the barrel is of sufficient length," Gross said. "It's just a legislative blunder and it should be fixed."

Tom Grieve, an attorney who specializes in defending gun cases and is a former Wisconsin state prosecutor, said a trial judge's decision set no legally binding precedent. But it may lead other judges to think again about their interpretation of the underage possession law as it now stands."

The wording of the statute directly said it's illegal, but in it's reference to another statute, it becomes legal. There is a statute in my state that directly contradicts a Federal Regulation. Our courts can convict someone for violating the statute, but if it is appealed to a higher court, the Federal Regulation "wins". Now they have to change the statute.

If the error in the Wisc. statute was known, the prosecuting attorney would never have included the gun possession in the list of charges. No attorney ever wants to make a simple mistake like that.

Given the high profile of this case, I'd not be surpised if the Wisc. legislature may make an effort to go back and update the statute to prevent future issues.

Just wanted to drop in real quick and remind you losers of how stupid you are. The one charge y'all swore up and down that he would be found guilty of has been completely thrown out. Like I said it's not illegal for a minor to own a rifle. You know, the one y'all tried to argue with me about even though none of you had the slightest idea of what you where talking about. I genuinely can't imagine what it must be like to not only be incredibly stupid but to insist on running your mouth. I've almost lost count of my list... Let's see. Things this forum knows nothing about. Sports, automobiles, politics, legal issues, general knowledge, etc. Hell even car audio. Toodles

Have you seen the video of what happened Bobby? I know you’d be smart enough to know that you would have shot those guys yourself if they came at you that way. You seem like a street smart guy. Kyle Rittenhouse would have gotten beaten to death. Maybe he shouldn’t have been there, but none should’ve been there if you’re going to go that route. To be real honest, it should be illegal to carry guns like that in city limits in my opinion, but it isn’t illegal. We are a country or laws and you’re allowed to defend yourself from being beaten in the streets.

The way laws work in some states, if I owned a business with millions of dollars worth of cars sitting on a lot I’d be tempted to mount a machine gun on my Chevy Silverado and defend my own property with extreme prejudice, fvck some little punk burning my stuff down because he thinks a protest gave him a license to be a dick.

He dropped a fire extinguisher and turned around and shot the first guy. The kill shot was to the guys back. Why didn't Kyle just run into a business and call the Police if he felt like his life was in danger? Why did he call his buddy and tell him what he just did? Why didn't he call 911 to get an ambulance there? It's hard to claim self defense when you shoot an unarmed guy in the back and then run from the scene. Just sayin. Reckless Homicide IMO.

The businesses weren’t open. They were boarded up because there was a riot. They showed an entire video of the kid running from these guys from start to finish. Where the hell are you getting your information from?

I actually watched the whole trial live while building boxes in my shop. I didn’t get my info on NBC or FOX news. If I were in the jury, he’d go free. The prosecutors sucked in a big big way. If this were a black man with no attorney, he’d go to prison for life, because these DAs had no business charging this case. The enemy is not Kyle Rittenhouse brother. The enemy is still the system.

What really annoys me is that we are so divided that we can’t even see that we are all on the same side, even if we don’t see eye to eye on politics. BLM- the system is oppressing black people. Democrats-the election is skewed because of voter restrictions. Trump supporters-the vote was stolen. Democrats-taxes are skewed towards the rich. Republicans-innovation and progress are stifled by government interference. Democrats-The stock market is good for all of us. Republicans-The stock market is good for all of us. Don’t you see a theme here? Don’t you see that the elite are against all of us? Don’t you see that we are all on the same side? Can’t you tell who the real enemy is?

I posted a direct quote. You can argue all you want. Only makes you look dumber. It's like a Saints fan always blaming the refs for how much they s*ck. Judge said it's not illegal for him to own a rifle. Period.
