So yoy know more than the judge knows huh? He himself has said that the three people that where shot, two killed, cannot be referred to as victims.

The judge won’t allow them to be called victims in the trial. That does not mean they are not victims. He WILL allow them to be called arsonists, but that doesn’t mean they ARE arsonists. It’s a double standard. Poor form for an “impartial” judge.

The big picture fact is that Kyle should never have been there with a gun. It was not his responsibility nor his job. Hell, not even his STATE. He screwed up and people died because of it, and because of him. There’s just no dancing around those facts.

He’s pleading not guilty to even the gun misdemeanor. Hmmm, if he had no gun, how did he shoot anyone?

BTW - You don’t use deadly force to defend your property. And certainly not the property of others.

Nope. Statute is 948.60.
He was under 18 and didn’t meet any of the exceptions (target practice with an adult, education/training, armed forces or national guard member). That’s why they charged him with the misdemeanor.

It’s interesting that he is quoted as saying “People are getting injured and our job is to protect this business. And my job also is to protect people. If someone is hurt I am running into harms way.”
Did he work for a private security contractor, or who hired him to be law enforcement on public streets? Was he deputized?
That info could play a big part in the trial.

The color of someone's skin shouldn't matter but it does. That's the problem. You damn well know if Rittenhouse was a 17 year old black kid he would've been stopped by the police that night if he was carrying an AR-15 down the street after three people got shot. It's not an assault rifle yet it's used in a lot of mass shootings. It's not a great hunting gun either. You can stick your head in the sand and say that race doesn't matter, but it does. I'm glad you feel better.

Fact - One person hit him twice in the head with a skateboard. (These are made from metal and wood parts)

Fact - People were telling other people to "Get Him!!"

He was there to help protect a business. There is NO LAW against that. He was also there to help people. There is NO LAW against that. People became aggressive towards him when he began protecting property. Property that was being damaged criminally. In the act of fleeing from aggressors he was FORCED to protect himself with what he had. Had he not been armed and he began protecting property and was then chased after by these criminals, chances are he would have been beaten by the crowd of CRIMINAL BLM rioters just like many others in other cities that crossed paths with these criminal BLM thugs.

I saw the bicep of the idiot who pointed the pistol at Kyle as it was blown apart in unedited and uncensored pictures. It was gnarly and I thought it was funny as hell.
