I'm in way better shape now then when I was 25 (less time at the bar)
Play soccer 3-4 times a week
For the record I have never used Ben Gay

Different sites have different years for that stuff. I would consider Gen X from late '60s or early '70s till mid or late '80s.

I can agree with mid 80's. I remember atari and no internet....8 channel t.v. with the bulky wired remote control with the click buttons.... no seat belts in the back seat of the big *** boat of a car lol. Riding in the bed of my dad's truck. And I played outside, riding my bike around the neighborhood
