Earthquake 5000d old school blown need help

I have a earthquake 5000d mono amp that was given to me because it had positive and negative wires hooked backwards now have some parts that are blow, is it worth rebuilding? I if so where can I find mosfets cheap in batches? Think I need p80ne6 and p50ne1 it’s hard to read the writing, is there an alternative to these old ones
