Got the alternator installed and the box started today. The box will be 4.1 cubes net after port and speaker displacement for four VFL8's tuned to 33 hz. The box is only ¾" MDF. It should work though.

One amp under the driver's seat and one amp under the passenger's seat. 3K on the 8's and 750 watts on 4- 6-½'s and two super tweeters.

Wow. That’s why I haven’t gotten one yet. Mines is way down there under a lot of crap, but not low enough to get to it from the bottom. So it’ll be an ALL day job

My installer took my two VFL8's, box, and a DD M.80 (900 watts @ 1 ohm) in trade. He installed them in his Audi A7. So, that paid for my new box. They sound great in his A7.

@Popwarhomie, so what are your thoughts? I respect your opinion. Roughly 4.12 cubes net for 4-8's tuned to 33 hz. on a Sundown SFB3k. Should it get down in a standard cab Dodge?

Probably a couple more braces(unless I am just not seeing more than 2 from the pictures) since that front baffle is pretty large but other than that no.

The port braces the other two sides. . We will see though. 4-8's in 4.12 cubes net tuned to 33 hz. Thanks for responding.

Looks good, similar to this 4 6.5" enclosure for a single cab Silverado. Even 4 6.5" get down in a small cabin if done right so I bet your 4 8's do great.
