How do you feel about aero ports?
You could, but it wouldn't be super easy. Since pvc glue chemically bonds pvc, you could cut a section length wise, heat and bend the pipe to touch at the smaller diameter, and then glue it. Likely not worth it, but technically possible. They have their uses. I like wooden ports better personally, but it really depends on the application. Aeros can be difficult to fit sometimes, with the flares and the fact they don’t bend. PVC works well, in the same way. It’s easy to find PVC elbows, and PVC can fit in tighter situations because there’s no flare. The problem with both of those is that you can’t fine adjust the port diameter.

Change the diameter of pvc pipe? I highly doubt that.Swimming pool guys do it all the time.

Ok. Buck is continuing to push the limits of my knowledge. I'm going all in, trying to do the best, complicated enclosures I can. I really love experimenting, I'm branching out my skills, combining them, trying to go harder than ever. Has a mild kerf port, too.
So this box is a Hybrid Sealed / Mildly Tapered T-line for 2 Pioneer Shallow Mount 12's (TS-SW30024). These woofers are actually more like 12.5's or 13's, the have quite a large Sd for a 12".
