On todays episode of house flipping.... All that's left is fixing the plumbing in last picture and put in a new garbage disposal. Closing date is the 22nd.

Wiring an outlet in carport that they requested.

This is what I'm working with now. It's 2" ID pipe. I'm thinking flexible coupler on the top to 2" ID PVC pipe that's about 5.5" long.
