JL 13TW5v2-4 4th order. Hmm, shallow mount in a 4th order, why not. Trying to get a little more oomph out of the woofer.

I need to charge more for wedge designs. I know it doesn't look like much, but figuring the port on a wedge box for the best overall internal loading and air flow is difficult, because the port dimensions change according to the wedge, which is a TON of back and forth. I could've been lazy and just ran the port right behind the subs, but I really didn't like that way that would've worked, with there being the small section. This is for 2 Dayton HO 10's, in a single cab.

Can definitely vouch for Buck. To say my box design was difficult is a huge understatement. Slants, cutouts, and being a ported box that fits in a 16 inch x 11 inch space with a max height of 8 inches, while tuning to 35 hz and being built to completely support the weight of passengers. Took weeks to design, and he did not raise the price on me once he found out how much work was involved. Fantastic service.

For two 8's or 4-6-½'s. On what power? What box?

Two 6.5s, FU audio, 300 RMS each. 2 seperate boxes, one for each sub, in custom boxes designed by Buck that I am currently building. They will be documented in my build thread when I get them wrapped up.

Sweet, easy way out. You should get some decent bass.

Honestly the only way with the area I wanted them in. We had ruled out in discussions on this forum doing up or down firing, so forward it is. But, although the max depth of the box is 11 inches, that's only on one side. Halfway across the depth drops to like 5 inches, and we still had to squeeze a port in there. Couldn't have mounted 2 of them, as is net volume is as or under .5 cubes per box.

As soon as my brother’s crackhead friend brings back the router I can finally finish it. I can’t wait! And I ended up using a 2” dowel for the middle support.

You may want to check local pawn shops to find that missing router
