Also, unless there's some rust in the water that turned it red I disagree. Mildew isn't red. It sounds like they still haven't called an actual contractor to look at it because they're still covering the company's ***.

It's pretty hard to say without a mold test. Apparently all mold goes through color changes, but mildew tends to stay white or otherwise bright. Even if it was mildew it's not good to breath in spores of any sort.

Insurance company sent my fiance and I our checks. For some stupid reason they issued mine to just my name and hers to her, me, and the repair company. Because of how busy the company is and how late she was to getting a quote it's scheduled for april of next year. The check will be expired by then according to bank rules. The repair business won't sign it now so we need to get a new check issued. Mine I just put in my account and we're all good.. No clue why the disparate treatment but it's a headache now thanks to them.

Neither of us have liens, so the checks should have just gone to us. We're using the same repair facility as well.
