Plenty of bullshit on both sides, you've just got an ear for particular bullshit and it's only even on certain issues. In terms of the four you mentioned, what they all have in common is there was bullshit on both sides, but by the end it was decided that instead of picking out all of the bullshit and talking about the substance they'd lean into the democrat bullshit and grandstand about it with their own while shooing the continually mounting facts away as part of that bullshit.

People whine endlessly in the democratic establishment about purity tests being bad, but the only purity tests they seem to mind are from the left, not the purity tests forced by grandstanding republicans. Biden firmly fits into that camp of democratic establishment, which is democratic in name only.

"leftist" media is also part of the democratic establishment. When was the last time you saw them arguing for popular policy? Yet, when was the last time Fox argued for popular policy? How about OANN? Alex Jones? The Blaze? Breitbart? Prager U? They're all bullshit peddlers focused on anything but the people's problems.

If you don't see peaceful protests then you only watch the snippets, do you really need to wonder what sort of effect that has on you?

1) The process was deeply flawed exactly like Justice Thomas had a deeply flawed process which prevented witness testimony and generally wanted no part of the evidence presented. Effectively we plugged our ears by denying other witnesses allowed to testify and then wiped our hands clean, exactly like Thomas. Source Also by the end of it Kavanaugh had gone on multiple tirades about the politics of the trial when he shouldn't have. I think those alone should be disqualifying. The one thing we all agree on about the supreme court is that they should hold no politically motivated bias that will affect their rulings. There are now 3 ideologues on the supreme court thanks to republicans: Alito, Thomas, and Kavanaugh. It's also an oath they take, yet seem to care when they violate it, which I argue is the point of nominating them. Source: Canon 2 This also ignores how they stole a seat and McConnell has directly admitted if a judge retired right now he'd fill the vacancy, talk about hypocrisy.

2) Caravan existed...? Obviously, the right fear-mongered about it for a whole month making broad claims that it was full of criminals based on 270 criminals being en route, but not part of the actual caravan. Trump got in on the lies as well. Source

4) Impeachment was primarily based on Trump asking Zelensky for help and then trying to cover it up. He's also apparently asked China and Australia similar requests.

Bro, I don't have all day, just my lunch break. In general I'll say promises broken like single payer and many others, an insane amount of lies and misinformation -- including corona virus, a general whiny ***** attitude who needs constant praise like a child as pretty well summed up in this, a severe lack of constitutional values including some you'd probably care a lot about but also some you probably don't, the inability to be a leader in a time of crisis, and the division he spouts every single day leading us to hate each other when we often have similar values across party lines.

Nuance requires more words, I go into most statements thinking of what examples invalidate my point and try to include them and carve through the point to show where I stand between them. It doesn't help anyone to run from inconvenient truths or appear so partisan that you fully support the worst things someone's done, it especially doesn't help yourself.

Hindsight is 20/20, but history of a decade is taught in an hour. Antifa isn't an organization, BLM is, that's why it's so dumb to have them on a terrorist list, there's no members that aren't better labeled by another name. Basically everyone claiming to be representative of Antifa is a right winger missing the point of the name and trying to show they're violent and evil, like all of those facebook and twitter posts by Antifa_US which was linked to white supremacists later, after Trump retweeted them.

BLM might have gotten too big for its britches, because it's now hard for them to distance themselves from people who do things explicitly against how they require their members to behave during protests. Just like police they have no idea who these perpetrators are. You can only look at their requirements before protests to judge their organization and they're pretty peace-oriented if you can consider inconvenience peaceful.

I would say the line should be drawn under the same scrutiny of harassment in a civil court. If Alex Jones had said everything he did about random children who survived school shootings but instead had said it about Tom Hanks, then there's far less of an issue. The line should also be drawn when the whole point of the show is to get you scared about fluoride in the water and then sell you water filters. A left wing equivalent would still be just as wrong, but I don't know of any. Maybe there's an example you have. Episodes where Alex Jones just said mundane stuff like, "I'll eat your ***" aren't the problem if that makes it more clear it's not about him specifically. Also what he said about gay frogs was pretty funny because there's some modicum of truth to it like all good conspiracy theories, they just aren't "putting it in the water" on purpose. It's caused by people peeing after taking antidepressants lol. Fluoxetine affects frog *** drive, so it's more like it's making the frogs asexual. Episodes like that are also not really problematic enough to discourage his free speech, despite it being misinformation.

One thing that nobody seems to really understand about this though is that private companies can choose what happens on their platforms and like cancel culture, if your presence hinges on it then they'll lose customers. So what it sounds like when a bunch of conservatives complain about Youtube "killing their freedom of speech" by removing videos off their own servers is more like "Timmy's mom kicked me out of their home for calling her a ****, my freedom of speech has been violated." Free speech doesn't exist on Youtube.
