Android GPS 2DIN head unit with sensitive FM tuner

I've tried several cheap Chinese head units, but have found the built in tuner performance to be horrible. Can anyone suggest a model with good tuner sensitivity that doesn't break the bank?

The Blaupunkts seem to have good radio tuners in their cheap double dins ...
