Damn he died way younger than I thought.

The rear fender mold and side skirt look PS'd to me too.  But they could have legit gone satin black on glass black on purpose.  Dunno.

He was only 49 when he died and yes it's totally photoshopped.

Look at teh background. No matter how hard you try, you can in no way possible get the car in the exact same position. The rims are clearly distorted as are the tires. The fenders have reflection near the body, but not over the tires. The shadows dont line up with the tires. The reflection in the doors is in the exact same spot and altered, the hood line on the front edge is clearly altered. You gotta be some special kind of stupid to believe this is real...
