Phoenix traffic is the most absurd traffic of anywhere I’ve ever lived. I haven’t lived in CA but have driven on the 405 it was wall to wall but people weren’t driving as wreckless as in Phoenix. 

Seattle too...and on the 405 W of Seattle it's also terrible. It's downright gutwrenching everywhere.
