What pisses me off? The maintenance personnel and the office staff for the community I rent in. Hurricane Irma directly hit us and nearly flooded my home. An elevated double wide mobile home. The A/C ducting is under the house and was totally flooded when the hurricane came through. After the flood subsided I drained the ducts as best as I could but water remained. The ducting is on the ground, it is not supposed to be. It still floods under the house when it rains, it gets into the duct work. I have been telling maintenance since the flood subsided that we needed new ducting under the house. They did nothing. I bugged them up until a little over a month ago and I finally went to the rental office and told them what was going on. They assured me they would order the duct work and repair it right away. It has been over a month and not one single person has come to my house to fix anything, not even to look at anything. In fact, maintenance told the office they already replaced it. I said no, they are lying and I proved it. I drilled holes in the ducting to drain the flood water. the duct is still there. It pisses me off that they go around cutting bushes and leaving notes on peoples doors for dumb stuff but they won't do their jobs when it comes to repairing their properties.

Maintenance is finally working on my house. They started at 8am waking me up of course. They are so mad that they have to do actual work its becoming comical. But hey, they pulled the old trunk line out from under the house... like I told them, FULL OF WATER and other nasty stuff. They put a note on my door before I woke up.... this is how stupid they are... my brother and I moved our cars away from the house because we wanted to make sure they had no obstructions and could have full access all around the front where we park. They left the note warning us that we need to park on the pad or they would fine us... maintenance said this lol. When I told her that we were being polite to them by moving the cars she got pissed, raised her voice and said again that we needed to be on the parking pad. I tore up the note in front of her, told her that the A/C need to be priority #1 not the porch and not the skirting they were getting ready to put on. I said I don't need to be woke up again when you remove the skirting to fix the A/C ducting that should have been done first to begin with.

She called the office and said I was screaming and yelling at her and being rude. I never raised my voice. Her husband also told me not to yell at his wife. I said I haven't yelled yet but when I do, both of you would know the difference. I went to the office, told her what happened and explained the warning note situation... she said she did't tell me that. I said I know, I was right next to her when she called and lied to you. I said why would she tell you the whole story, she doesn't want to make herself look bad. I said the City code inspector is coming after they finish the A/C work to inspect thier work to make sure it is up to code. She made them start the A/C work right away. They have been crying ever since lol.

What annoys me is when people with YouTube channels edit their videos then upload them but have not level matched the audio. When you are watching videos at 2am in a house with people sleeping and the person is talking in the video and all of the sudden the music starts and it's 5 times louder than everything else, it can make you jump. Not to mention, can wake people up. I guess people just focus on video effects and cutting and splicing and just ignore the area under the video time line... you know.... the AUDIO. Come on guys... normalize that shit.

Yeah, I've had similar experiences with watching **** on a plane while people were sleeping. The dialogue is so much lower than the *******.

When companies review products and leave inaccurate information about the product. Case in point... Top 10 Reviews made a review of the head unit I currently use and have been using for several years. It was stated that it does not have time alignment and then they knocked it for not having time alignment putting it below other head units in a comparison. If you are going to promote your reviews, make them accurate. The Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X998 does have time alignment. I know this because I use it... in my X998. They stated that the menu was hard to navigate... not true if you spend 3 minutes with it. Push the volume twice, rotate the volume to the right until you see "Pro Setup", push the volume, rotate the volume until it is on "DTA", push the volume... Jesus. It takes me less than 2.143 seconds to be inside my DTA settings... (Insert insulting adjective for a person of low intelligence).
