Zx1500.1... confused

X2... OP you need to upgrade atleast the big3 and get a more powerful battery up front atleast. Or the amp will perform poorly, and eventually fry from low voltage. I have the 1000 model and my shitty duralast can't handle full tilt for too long. I have to drive with the amp turned off to let my batt charge for awhile before I listen to it for long periods.
haha yeah i know man.. its just that i just started working last week and i get paid on friday but i only get paid for 2 days of work so i'll probably be getting like 120 bucks... lol that aint enough for anything lol that'll bearly pay for my gas for the week haha

first thing im gonna buy is a battery for the front and then a battery for the back and then an alternator... sound good to you guys? and how can i avoid frying my amp before the big 3? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

More than likely he sells alot of amps and just mis-titled it. It's a gain knob. Just turn the knob to max, and set your gains accordingly. NEVER set the gain, then turn the knob all the way up, you'll end up clipping the amp. The gain knob is basically to turn the bass down all the way or turn it down a little for daily, then you can turn it all the way up to the normal output voltage.
maybe i am reading this incorrect. But are you saying to NEVER set you gain with the knob out, then plug the knob in and turn the knob up.If so i disagree. The proper way is to set the gains with the remote knob unplugged from the amp, them when you plug the knob back in and turn it all the way up, its at the point where the gain was set originally on the amp
