I have a cowon X5L and the ONLY thing I would like changed is a larger screen.

Battery life is friggin fantastic. I've gotten 20-25 hours out of mine before and it still didn't die.

Drag-and-drop makes updating it a snap and I don't have to deal with gay *** itunes.

now with that said, i do stream my music over my stereo, but i dont do comprehensive listenings either. i just enjoy it as is. i also only rip VO or download flac, and i dont have a good HT.

Wrong, they were selling them on newegg for 99 smacks. They 80gig ones. Ask Faulkton about it. He was the one that turned me too it.

you can set itunes to manual, so it doesnt update automatically. it actually asks you when you first hook up an iPod, but most people zip through setups by clicking next next next finish...

i dont see the problem with updating my ipod with music. you turn off the sync and then its all drag and drop.

i dont understand the hate for itunes (although when it was set to sync automatically it did piss me off)
