Zune Help....

I have always had ipod's but this time i decided to buy a zune...well i got one....and when i add some movies to it...(sync it) it shows on the zune software that they are synced but when i got on the actually zune it says no items? this ****ing thing is a headache any help? then when i connected the zune back to the computer they are not on the software...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I've never had any issues uploading movies. Are you using the newest software from Zune.net? Try dragging and dropping directly to the Zune.

the software is updated.....and i can drag the movies on to the zune software...then i click sync and after its done with the sync i disconnect the zune and there in the movies part it says no items.

Try dragging the movie file directly to whatever drive the zune is on under My Computer.
