Zune > iPod

i've had my 30gig zune for a few months now and overall i really like it.. only a few things piss me off...

for one, the software is not downloaded music friendly and it tends to put everything it can't completely recognize into a separate "unknown artist or album" folder and it's a pain in the *** to try and get it to where you want it...

another issue i noticed is that it didn't recognize my incubus cds when i tried to rip them to the library and it moved random songs to a "unknown artist" folder even after i titled and labeled them.

my battery life is pretty good, it can go about three days in my truck before it dies and this is with about an hour and forty five minutes of listening a day to and from work...

however, by the sounds of it, you seem to be over the itunes thing. so it seems you might be better off with the zune //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

You're not tagging the songs correctly. Try this:

I've played my 80g ipod classic for two and a half days at work. That equates to nearly 25 hrs. But I will also say that I left it on shuffle and didn't touch it because touching the wheel lights up the screen and the light cuts play time significantly.

I like both the iPod and iTunes. Never had a problem with either of them. Only thing I don't like about the iPod is the stupid wheel, when not used for awhile just keeps scrolling. Drives me nutz! That may be the only reason I would go with a Zune in the future, lol!

Honestly I am going back to CD's as there is nothing better quailty than a CD IMO. Haven't even used my iPod for weeks. Is nice to know if I want it, it is there.

About iTunes. Shit works great for me. I have been on marketshare before and no thank you! What strayed me away from the Zune in the first place. My iTunes loads fast and everything.

Overall, I say they are both decent. Like both players, but software goes to iPod easily.

Has anyone tried the itouch yet , I just received mine yesterday and I love it. btw I typed all this from my itouch.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
