Agreed, im pretty sure you cant afford one 7k amp let alone 30 of them.

Sorry, but without independent testing by an unbiased firm you cannot trust specs listed on any amplifiers box, manual or anything these days. There is no standard enforced, and no independent firm that is unbiased. You have to ask around which are good and which are not, and that's the best you can do without buying it and trying it yourself blindly. Really sucks, but it's the truth...
