Zapco simbilink ?

Just got an email reply from Zapco and they said its fine to use the inline symbilink transmitter one the end of an existing RCA run then use a short DIN-DIN to connect that to the amp. SWEET! So glad I dont have to run new wires, lol.

cool, i just got back from the dealer, i have your mounting tabs for you. email me your address one more time and i will send them out today.

I wanted to change to the Symbilink cables from the RCA's to see if i can tell any difference, but Zapco has been out of 18 Foot DIN-DIN cables for months and i haven't been able to find any anywhere. they are also kinda expencive at $36 a piece (i need 2).

i got two SLDIN-T.F but can't use them, woo hoo! lol

go to a dealer. i can find them in probably a dozen places off of the top of my head. you can tell a difference from rcas to symbilink too.

woofersetc.com still had them in stock last time i checked, the 18' cables that is. I ordered a pair from them and they came fast no problems at all.

and yeah, the difference between symbilink and rcas is pretty obvious and it's not something only an audiophile would notice either.

theres a new shop around the corner that sells Zapco i've been meaning to go check out. now i got a good reason, lol. they also sell Xtant, Image Dynamics, and Dynaudio. only local dealer i know of that sells thoes brands. i just kinda figured, well, if zapco doesn't even have them, no one else would. mabye i can get even more SQ out of my system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
